Penthouse_2200 Westlake

There is a new penthouse that just hit the market at 2200 Westlake in South Lake Union/Denny Triangle. It is 2,216sf of space with a large outdoor deck. It offer 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and comes with 2 parkings spaces. This comes at an interesting time for Penthouse units in the city. Our friends at UrbanCondoSpaces just reported on a flurry of downtown Seattle condo penthouse units going under contract.

Back to this luxury space at 2200 Westlake. It as originally purchased in 2007 for $2,038,000. What will be interesting to see is if the Pan Pacific and this particular tower have to be wrapped up like buildings 900 and 910 were. That would make for a tough 9 months of ownership.
